Our journey together began almost six months ago. Les Bedingfield visited us and presented his plans for our pool and backyard at the end of January. His plans were exactly what we had described to him on our initial consult, and he was willing to change and alter any part with us to suit our every whim. He was terrific.
The pool process soon began and before we knew it the owner of the company was in our back yard and with the dig crew. We appreciated your visit and were impressed that even our small job was not too small for the owner to come out to get things started. Thank you for meeting with us. The pool building process was fascinating and very exciting to watch. Pam, in the office, kept us abreast of all steps and all hurdles we were approaching. She was very patient with us on the phone, even when we would call to see what was taking so long. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the process and we appreciated her professionalism….
